TSA Application

TSA Coating (Thermally Sprayed Aluminium) is a hot applied coating with similar corrosion protection to Galvanising.  The benefit of TSA being that there is virtually no distortion to the item being coated and there is no restriction to the size of the item that requires coating.  Conventional Galvanising tanks are normally around 1300mm wide with the largest in the UK being 1500mm wide. 

TSA coatings can be applied on many different types of surface, ranging from Containers, Duplex Spools, Risers, to high temperature items like Flare Booms.

TSA coating can be sealed with High Temperature Sealer (> 540 Degree’s C), or sealed and top coated to any BS or Ral colour.
